At 4:00 PM on March 15, 2024, the project: Renovation of the Temporary Vehicle Impound Facility for Traffic Violations in Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, under the PC08 Department, was successfully completed and handed over.
The acceptance session lasted for over an hour with the participation of:
- The representative of the investor: Ho Chi Minh City Police.
- The representative of the beneficiary unit: PC08 Department.
- The construction contractor: Chan Hung Trading – Services – Engineering Joint Stock Company.
With a total land area of nearly 2.5 hectares, a new permanent office building for public reception was constructed. It includes one reception room, one security room, and one on-duty rest room. The structure is made of reinforced concrete, with a solid foundation, and the electrical, water supply, and fire protection systems are built according to standard building specifications.





A new fence wall of nearly 500 meters was constructed, and the remaining section was renovated based on the old fence. The concrete pavement was laid, and the vehicle impound area was excavated, with a raised foundation and a 200mm thick gravel layer, covering an area of nearly 1.5 hectares.



By 5:00 PM, the acceptance and handover process was completed. After the acceptance and handover, the project was put into operation with a continuous security camera surveillance system.
