On July 18, 2025, at the Project Management Office of PetroVietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (PVCFC), the EPC Contract Signing Ceremony for the Industrial Gas Production Project at the Ca Mau Fertilizer Plant was officially held between PVCFC and a consortium of contractors.
The contractor consortium includes:
- Chan Hung Technical Services Trading Joint Stock Company (Lead Consortium),
- Song Linh Trading and Services Co., Ltd.,
- Xuan Son Petroleum Technical Services and Maintenance Joint Stock Company.
The ceremony was attended by representatives of PVCFC, the CH consortium, and the Institute for Building Science and Technology (IBST) – the project’s supervision consultant.
The project is located within the premises of the Ca Mau Fertilizer Plant, in Khanh An commune, Ca Mau province, with a construction area of approximately 1,375 square meters, including auxiliary facilities. It is classified as a Grade III industrial facility, Group B, with a designed capacity of 23.5 tons of Argon per day, along with other by-products.
The total investment is sourced from PVCFC’s development capital, with 30% from equity and 70% from commercial loans.
The EPC contract is implemented under a lump sum format, covering all phases: surveying, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover, and warranty. The project aims to maximize the use of existing technical infrastructure at the Ca Mau Fertilizer Plant to optimize both cost and implementation time.
This EPC contract signing not only marks a new milestone in Chan Hung Company’s strategy to develop industrial projects and high-tech engineering services, but also affirms the capabilities, reputation, and strong, sustainable partnerships among the involved parties – both domestically and internationally.
